This daily bread

Hello, I'm Charlene, founder of This Daily Bread. Amid my darkest days—when COVID took my mother and shattered my world—faith became my anchor. Desperate to find a beacon of hope in the overwhelming grief, I yearned for something tangible to hold onto. One sleepless night, I created my first glow-in-the-dark scripture piece. The soft light of those inspiring words became a symbol of resilience, a reminder to embrace “just one more day.”

Why This Daily Bread Exists

This isn’t just a business; it’s a tribute to my mother’s legacy of faith. It’s a testimony that God's light never dims even in our most profound grief. Every piece I create is designed to bring peace, encouragement, and a reminder of His presence into your home.

As a first-generation Black Hispanic woman entrepreneur, I started This Daily Bread in Jersey City, pouring my heart into every handcrafted piece. From prayer boards to hopeful jewelry, each creation is made to offer comfort, spark conversations, and become a beacon of faith in everyday life.

Our Mission

At This Daily Bread, our mission is simple: To create faith-inspired décor that shines with hope, beautifully crafted to bring light into your home, prayers, and heart.
